PSG pulls the applicable Wage Determination from SAM.gov before accepting any position across either division. WDs change. We never use stale rates. No payroll audit surprises for prime contractors.
Legitimate SDVOSB Credit
SBA VetCert certified. The subcontracting credit is audit-proof and counts toward prime contractor SDVOSB goals under FAR 52.219-27. The owner is a 100% P&T disabled veteran with an honorable discharge.
W-2 Employment Only
Every worker PSG places is a W-2 employee — never a 1099 independent contractor. Full payroll tax compliance, workers’ comp coverage, SCA H&W fringe, and federal holiday pay across every placement.
National Reach
PSG recruits nationally and supports remote, hybrid, and on-site placements across all 18 VA VISNs. A seat in Tampa, Denver, or Washington DC follows the same process as any other location.
Technical Credibility
The owner holds CompTIA Security+, Network+, and A+ and is an active Network Engineer II. Candidate screening is technical — not keyword matching — because the person doing the screening works the role.
